These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RV Park Demo website and your reservation and stay at the park (the "Park"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, making a reservation, or staying at the Park, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a stay.

2. Reservations and Bookings

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate guest, vehicle, and contact information. We may limit the length of stay and the number of guests and vehicles per site.

3. Rates, Fees, and Payment

Rates are quoted per night, week, or month and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may change at any time, but confirmed reservations are honored at the rate quoted at booking. Payment is due as described at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, early departures, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Date changes are subject to availability.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional fee. Guests remaining past check-out without approval may be charged for an additional night.

6. Park Rules and Guest Conduct

You and your guests agree to follow Park rules, including:

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• A site occupancy limit as posted for each site.
• Pets kept on a leash, attended, and cleaned up after; some breed or size limits may apply.
• A speed limit of 5 MPH on all Park roads.
• Registered guests only; visitors must register at the office.
• No unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

7. Use of Facilities and Utilities

Hookups (water, electric, sewer), Wi-Fi, laundry, and other facilities are provided as a convenience and offered "as is" without guarantee of availability or performance. You agree to use utilities safely and as intended. We are not responsible for service interruptions outside our control.

8. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You use the Park and its facilities at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Park Demo is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to property, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected stay. You agree to indemnify the Park against claims arising from your acts or omissions.

9. Site Assignment and Right to Refuse Service

Site assignments are made at our discretion and may change. We reserve the right to refuse service, reassign sites, or relocate guests for operational, safety, or conduct reasons.

10. Eviction and Termination of Stay

We may terminate your stay without refund if you or your guests violate these Terms or Park rules, create a safety hazard, or disturb other guests.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website or the Park constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
